46th Annual General Meeting

The 46th Annual General Meeting of The Sri Lanka Association of Administrative and Professional Secretaries was held on Sunday, 28th January at Shangri-La hotel Colombo attended by a large number of members including many senior Past Presidents.
The highlight of the AGM was the announcement of the 26th Asia Pacific Secretaries Congress to be held in Sri Lanka in 2025 hosted by SLAAPS. The President of SLAAPS Azra Reyaldeen’s name was proposed by the Board of Advisors as the ASA President in view of the forthcoming ASA Congress which was seconded by Dr Sunethra Nugawela- Honorary Past ASA President together with Past President/Past Advisor/Trustee Esther Cahandawita and Past President/Past Advisor Jennifer Fox as the 26th President of the Asia Pacific Secretaries Association. The AGM concluded very successfully subsequent to the announcement of the hosting and all members and Past Presidents extended their best wishes to the Executive Committee towards a successful congress.
