Charity Project – Eye camp at V & Eye Clinic -18th January 2009

The Sri Lanka Association of Administrative & Professional Secretaries conducted an Eye Camp at V & Eye Opticians on Sunday 18th January 2009 for less fortunate people who had problems with their eye sight and who were in desperate need of support as their Annual Charity Project. A total of 48 patients of varying ages were examined and 23 patients provided with spectacles for reading and the others were provided with spectacles after special treatment.

Supporting the project was Eye Surgeon Dr. Marina Reffai and Mrs. Vili Anton JP, Proprietor – Optometrist, V & Eye Opticians, Hospital Road, Dehiwela.

Kamanee de Silva was the Project Chairperson and Dilamani de Mel was the Secretary of the Project.
